RAMS Creator is a mobile app built specifically for pressure washing and exterior cleaning contractors. It guides you through a 9-step process to produce fully compliant Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) in minutes — complete with your company branding.

A RAMS document combines a Risk Assessment and a Method Statement. It outlines the hazards on a job site, how risks will be controlled, and the exact method of work. Most commercial clients, site managers, and principal contractors require a RAMS before any work can begin on site. Having one also protects you legally.

The app is designed for pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning contractors of all sizes — from sole traders to larger teams. If you work on commercial sites, housing developments, or any job that requires safety documentation, RAMS Creator is built for you.

Access is subscription-based and requires an invite code. You can request your invite code through PureSeal Services. Once you have your code, download the app from Google Play (iOS coming soon) and register your account.

Currently RAMS Creator is available on Android via Google Play. An iOS version for iPhone and iPad is in development and coming soon. You can download the Android version now and we'll announce the App Store release when it's live.

The app covers a wide range of surfaces including driveways, roofs, façades, cladding, render, decking, and more. You can select the relevant surface type and scope of works from a built-in library, or add your own custom entries.

Yes. The app includes a library of common cleaning products, but you can also add your own custom product names. This ensures your RAMS accurately reflects the exact chemicals and equipment you use on site.

Once you complete all 9 steps, the app compiles everything into a professionally formatted PDF. You can export and share it directly from your phone — by email, WhatsApp, or any other method — ready for clients or site managers.

RAMS Creator is designed to help you produce documentation that meets UK health and safety requirements, including guidance aligned with the Health and Safety at Work Act and CDM regulations. However, you remain responsible for ensuring the content accurately reflects your specific job conditions.
